Tickets and Admission Policy<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"3\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"3,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Extended validity:<\/b> Tickets are valid for up to 15 calendar days after the selected visit date. This margin is provided to cover inclement weather or personal unforeseen events.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"3,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Expiration:<\/b> After 15 days from the selected date, the ticket will be invalidated without the right to a refund.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Resident Discount:<\/b> If a resident purchases a general admission ticket by mistake, they may claim the refund of the difference at the ticket office by presenting their original ID (DNI) or a valid certificate of residence. Resident discounts will not be applied without official physical or digital documentation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Birthday and Event Reservations<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"5\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Deposits:<\/b> A birthday reservation involves the blocking of a specific area and park resources.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cancellation:<\/b> In the event of cancellation by the customer, the reservation amount will not be refunded, as the park will have rejected other requests to keep that space available.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Code of Conduct and Animal Welfare<\/b> To ensure the safety of our animals and visitors, it is strictly prohibited to:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">Feed the animals with food from outside the park. Only the use of authorized food sold in our facilities is allowed.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\">Touch, disturb, or shout at the animals.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\">Smoke outside the specifically designated areas.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the park without the right to a refund.<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. Minors<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"9\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">All minors under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">The park is not responsible for incidents arising from a lack of supervision by guardians.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5. Responsibility and Safety<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"11\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Personal belongings:<\/b> Natura Parc is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the facilities or in the parking lot.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Partial closures:<\/b> For reasons of animal welfare, maintenance, or safety (strong winds, construction), some facilities or exhibits may be temporarily closed without this implying a partial refund of the ticket.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6. Image Rights<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"13\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Personal Use:<\/b> Visitors may take photos and videos for personal and non-commercial use.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Professional Use:<\/b> Recording for commercial or press purposes is prohibited without prior authorization from management.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Notice:<\/b> By entering the premises, the visitor agrees that their image may appear incidentally in the park&#8217;s promotional graphic material.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">7.
