Department of:

Términos y Condiciones

1. Tickets and Admission Policy

  • Extended validity: Tickets are valid for up to 15 calendar days after the selected visit date. This margin is provided to cover inclement weather or personal unforeseen events.

  • Expiration: After 15 days from the selected date, the ticket will be invalidated without the right to a refund.

  • Resident Discount: If a resident purchases a general admission ticket by mistake, they may claim the refund of the difference at the ticket office by presenting their original ID (DNI) or a valid certificate of residence. Resident discounts will not be applied without official physical or digital documentation.

2. Birthday and Event Reservations

  • Deposits: A birthday reservation involves the blocking of a specific area and park resources.

  • Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the customer, the reservation amount will not be refunded, as the park will have rejected other requests to keep that space available.

3. Code of Conduct and Animal Welfare

To ensure the safety of our animals and visitors, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • Feed the animals with food from outside the park. Only the use of authorized food sold in our facilities is allowed.

  • Touch, disturb, or shout at the animals.

  • Smoke outside the specifically designated areas.

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the park without the right to a refund.

4. Minors

  • All minors under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

  • The park is not responsible for incidents arising from a lack of supervision by guardians.

5. Responsibility and Safety

  • Personal belongings: Natura Parc is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the facilities or in the parking lot.

  • Partial closures: For reasons of animal welfare, maintenance, or safety (strong winds, construction), some facilities or exhibits may be temporarily closed without this implying a partial refund of the ticket.

6. Image Rights

  • Personal Use: Visitors may take photos and videos for personal and non-commercial use.

  • Professional Use: Recording for commercial or press purposes is prohibited without prior authorization from management.

  • Notice: By entering the premises, the visitor agrees that their image may appear incidentally in the park’s promotional graphic material.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

The data provided during the purchase of tickets or birthday reservations will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act to manage the sale and, in case of consent, send park promotions.

8. Shipping, Returns and Withdrawal Policy

Ticket delivery

  • Tickets are issued in digital format. Once payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive your ticket with a QR code/booking reference at the email address provided during purchase. There is no physical shipping and no associated shipping costs.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter their email address correctly. If you do not receive your ticket within a few minutes, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder and, failing that, contacting us so we can resend it.

Returns and refunds

  • As a general rule, tickets purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable once the purchase is completed, without prejudice to the extended 15-calendar-day validity described in section 1.
  • A full refund will only be issued in the event of total cancellation of the service for reasons attributable to the park. Partial closures of facilities or exhibits described in section 5 are not considered as such. In that case, the customer may choose between a refund or a change of visit date.

Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of leisure or recreational services when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
  • Since our tickets and bookings are tied to a specific visit date, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that they do not have a right of withdrawal once the purchase is finalised. The extended 15-day validity and the option to change the date are offered voluntarily by the park as an improvement over the minimum legal conditions.
